Weldon "Wally" Wallace

With over 25 years of Commercial Insurance experience, Wally Wallace is the founder of Paschall Wallace Insurance Group.  He leads in many areas such as inside and outside sales staffs, target market analysis, sales presentation preparation, underwriter coordination, field risk management and much more.  He specializes in sales and field underwriting.  He has also specialized in products such as Owners and Lessors Risk, Commercial Builders Risk, Commercial Office Buildings, Apartment/Condominium Buildings, Multi Level Commercial Buildings, Manufacturing Facilities, Contractor Liabillity,  Hotel/Motel Facilites, Commercial Equipment, Commercial Inland Marine, Workers Comp and Employers Liability. 

Mr. Wallace has participated in many Certified Insurance Couselor (CIC ) courses and has been active in multiple Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriting courses (CPCU).  Over the years, Wally has attended and facilitated dozens of training courses related to all types of Commercial Insurance. 

In the community, Wally is involved in Rotary Club of Weatherford, Weatherford Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors, United Way of Parker County, Meals on Wheels, WISD Education Foundation School Supply Drive and also serves as an umpire at many Little League baseball games.  Wally and his wife Bonnie,  of over 20 years, have four children who are very active in athletics and youth activities in the community.  In his spare time,  Wally enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his family.

Paul Paschall

With over 10 years of experience in the Commercial Insurance marketplace, Paul Paschall joined the Paschall Wallace team full time in 2008.  With a BBA in Human Resource Management and an MBA in Marketing from Tarleton State University, Paul has been working in the insurance industry since Graduate School.  Paul completed a training rotation within the corporate structure of a large nationwide insurance carrier which is key to his understanding of the various components of insurance.  He has also previously owned captive agencies in Lewisville and Weatherford until 2007.  Mr. Paschall handles all of the office operations, facilities management, contract maintenance and negotiation, personnel and finances.  Paul also specializes in business key-man life planning, buying and selling agreement life funding and life needs analysis planning for business owners.  

In the Community, Paul was elected to the WISD Board of Trustees in 2006 and currently serves as Secretary.  He is also a WISD Education Foundation Board Member,  Weatherford Chamber of Commerce Board Member a Weatherford Noon Lions Club Board Member and acts as Vice President of Texas Scholars.  Paul was recognized as The Small Business Owner of the Year in 2006.

Paul has been married to his wife, Courtney for over ten years and they have two children, Walker and Gencye.  His hobbies include fishing, relaxing at home and cycling.
